from employees, phy-
sicians and the com-
munity, it iswonderful
that we settled on a
mission statement—
“All of us,
for each of
you, every time”—grounded
in the work of our patient-
and family-centered care
team. Congratulations to
that team for their insight
and inspiration. This mis-
sion, or purpose, reflects
our peoples’ values and the
work environment we seek
to build in our organiza-
tion. This environment is
one where we understand
everyone to be our patient,
whether within our facili-
ties or in the community.
At Samaritan, we encourage
going the extra mile to en-
sure an exceptional care
experience. Our mission
celebrates that our work has
purpose, is meaningful and
makes a difference.
We hope you find each
word of our new vision
statement—“Together, in-
spiring healthy communi-
ties”—to be challenging
and inspirational. We want
to continue to grow beyond
